A few practical answers to help you better understand how we design, organize and deliver corporate journeys across Paris and France.

How far in advance should we contact you?
For incentive travel and multi‑day journeys, we recommend contacting us 6 to 12 months in advance. For meetings, conferences and one‑night events, 3 to 9 months is usually workable. We can occasionally support shorter lead times, depending on dates, size and complexity.
How do you build a proposal once we reach out?
We start from your objectives, audience, budget and constraints, then propose a tailor‑made outline with suggested destinations, venues and experiences. From there, we refine the program with you, secure options with suppliers and stay by your side through contracting, production and on‑site coordination.
In which languages can you manage a project?
Our core working language is English, and our team also works in French on a daily basis. For specific groups, we can bring in multilingual staff and guides to support additional languages when required.
What group sizes do you work best with?
Most of our programs are designed for groups from around 20 to 400 guests, but we also support larger one‑off events when the brief and infrastructure are aligned. If your project falls outside this range, we are happy to assess feasibility and advise you.
Who do you work with?
We work both with end clients (corporate marketing, communication, HR and event teams) and with agencies, as a local DMC partner. In every case, we adapt to your way of working and provide a single senior point of contact from first outline to on‑site delivery.
Where do you operate?
Paris Key is based in Paris and operates across France. Paris is often the anchor of our programs, but we regularly work in regions such as Champagne, Normandy, Burgundy, Bordeaux, the Loire Valley and other key destinations when they make sense for your brief.
What types of projects do you handle?
We design and deliver incentive programs, executive meetings, conferences and corporate events for international brands and agencies. Our work ranges from intimate leadership off‑sites to multi‑day incentive journeys and large‑scale evening events.
